Registration Fees

(*) To be eligible for student rates, participants are required to produce proof of their status
(such as a copy of student/training ID card or an official statement on university or institution letterhead).
Without this documentation, regular fees will be applied.

Only registrations that are followed by the full payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the meeting, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at Registration_ISDS@semico.be
The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.

Conference Registration Terms and Conditions

Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt by email.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

All costs referred to are in EUR (€). All payments must be made in EUR (€) and must be received prior to the conference. Delegates with outstanding payments will be asked for payment on-site, proof of payment or a guarantee by credit card. If one of these cannot be supplied, the delegate will be refused permission to attend the meeting. The on-line registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as VISA, Euro Card/Master Card are accepted. Payments by wire bank transfer are accepted until 15 August 2017.

Cancellation of meeting registration

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to
the Organizing Secretariat (Semico) by fax: +32 9 233 85 97

The following cancellation fees will apply:

Before 30 April: Full refund, excluding administration fee of € 50.00
From 1 May to 10 August 2017: 50% refund
As of 10 August 2017 or if the participant fails to attend: no refund

All refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the ISDS meeting,
bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

Name substitutions are possible at an extra charge of € 50,00.

Liability and Insurance

Liability

In the case of Government intervention or regulation, military activity, strikes or any other circumstances that make it impossible or inadvisable for the conference to take place at the time and place provided, the participant shall waive any claim for damages or compensation except the amount paid for registration after deduction of actual expenses incurred in connection with the meeting (see cancellation policy) and there shall be no future liability on the part of either party.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through cancellation of the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Belgium, failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference organizers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
